Where is my order?
After your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation, please also check your spam folder or contact us.
How do I return an item?
You can start your return within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply email us your order number and the reason for the return – you'll find all the details in our return policy.
Are there shipping costs?
No – shipping at OldNoir is free worldwide. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Which size should I choose?
Please always refer to the size chart on the relevant product page. The sewn-in label may differ, as we convert Asian sizes to European sizes.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible at info@oldnoir.com. As long as your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to make changes or cancellations.
