Return Policy
In order for us to process your return, the following conditions must be met:

✓ The product is unworn and unused
✓ The product is in its original condition
✓ The return is made within 14 days of receipt

⚠️Important: Products that are damaged, have been worn, or are not in their original condition cannot be returned and are not eligible for a refund.
Here's how returns work

Send an email — Email us at info@oldnoir.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Confirmation received — We will contact you within 1–2 business days with further instructions.

Return the package — Pack the product securely and return it using the return label we provided.

Receive a refund — Once the product has been inspected, you will receive your refund or store credit.
Refund Options
You can choose between two options:

Refund — The amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method.

Store credit — You will receive store credit equal to the value of your purchase for a future order at OldNoir.
Important Note
Return requests are processed exclusively via email. Requests sent via Instagram, other social media channels, or direct messages cannot be processed.
