Any deviating terms and conditions of the buyer will not be recognized unless OldNoir expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting your order, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

The purchase contract is concluded when OldNoir accepts your order by sending an order confirmation via email. We reserve the right to refuse orders without providing a reason.

All prices include sales tax. The total price will be displayed before you complete your order.

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the order. When paying via Klarna, Klarna’s Terms and Conditions also apply.

Delivery time:
EU: 4–7 business days after shipment · International: 4–9 business days after shipment

Shipping costs: Free — no minimum order value, to all countries.

Shipping takes place after a processing time of 1–4 business days. We ship to all EU countries as well as internationally. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address provided. If the address is incorrect, the customer bears the costs for redelivery.

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by means of a clear statement via email:

Consequences of withdrawal: If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you without delay and no later than 14 days. Return shipping is free of charge.

Returns will only be accepted if the product is unworn, unused, and in its original condition. Damaged or used products will not be refunded.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as a store credit—at the customer’s discretion.

The delivered goods remain the property of OldNoir until the purchase price has been paid in full.

The statutory warranty rights apply. If you discover any defects, please contact us within 2 years of the purchase date:

Please include photos of the defect and your order number with your inquiry.

OldNoir shall be fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, limb, or health, as well as for intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty.

In all other cases, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract. Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless material contractual obligations have been breached.
