📦 Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?+
Within the EU, we deliver within 4–7 business days. Internationally (outside the EU), delivery takes 4–9 business days. During peak seasons, there may be slight delays.
Is shipping free?+
Yes! We offer free shipping to all countries—with no minimum order amount.
Which countries do you ship to?+
We ship to all EU countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy, Spain, etc.) as well as internationally to most countries worldwide.
How can I track my order?+
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can check the status of your order directly on our tracking page.
How is my order packaged?+
Every order is carefully packed in a sturdy shipping box or a high-quality protective pouch —to ensure maximum safety during transport.

How long do I have to return an item?+
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Return shipping is free.
How does the return process work?+
Just send us an email at info@oldnoir.com with your order number. We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days with further instructions. Please do not contact us via social media.
Will I get my money back or a gift card?+
It's up to you! We offer either a full refund to your original payment method or a store credit for the value of your purchase.
What happens if the product is damaged?+
Unfortunately, products that are damaged, worn, or not in their original condition cannot be returned and are not eligible for a refund. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Yes, all of our products are 100% authentic and are inspected by us before they are shipped.

Can I change or cancel my order?+
Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped. Please email us as soon as possible at info@oldnoir.com with your order number.
When will I receive my order confirmation?+
You will receive an automatic confirmation email immediately after placing your order. Please check your spam folder if you haven't received an email.
What should I do if my package doesn't arrive?+
First, check the status on our tracking page. If the package is taking longer than expected to arrive, contact us at info@oldnoir.com —we’ll assist you right away.
